School Tours

2018-19 Rosa Parks Elementary School Tour

School tours cover all programs at Rosa Parks Elementary: the General Education Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math program (STEAM), the Japanese Bilingual Bicultural Program (JBBP), and Special Ed. For PreK applicants, contact the main office. Tours start at 7:50 am in the lower garden near the main school yard (check for signs). Our address is 1501 O'Farrell Street, San Francisco, CA 94115.

8:00 Students enter the school
8:02 Walk through lower gardens; upper gardens and chickens -> auditorium -> Library
8:15 Orientation in the library

On the tours you will get to observe the morning exercises, meet the Principal, tour the maker lab, gardens and several classrooms. Current families will be on-hand to answer any questions you have.

All families who have received a place at Rosa Parks for the fall are invited to a Welcome Breakfast at the school to meet current families, the kindergarten teachers and the principal. Incoming students and siblings welcome.
